<p>🏊 Instructor Profiles Dr. Daniela De Toia (Germany)
International Master Trainer from IAA. <br>
Dr. Daniela De Toia is a distinguished sports scientist specializing in baby swimming, pre- and post-natal training, and functional workouts both on land and in water. She oversees a modern pool and fitness center, where she also trains new instructors. Daniela first appeared in Latvia as a presenter in 2016 and is excited to return once again.</p>

<p>Kostas Kavouras (Greece) <br>
International Master Trainer from IAA. <br>
Kostas graduated in Physical Education and Sports Science from the University of Thessaly and holds a Master’s degree in Sports Management from the University of Porto. A former water polo player, he has been teaching Aquafitness since 2015. As the founder and owner of Greece Aquafitness, he serves as an International Master Trainer certified by the European Aquatic Association . Kostas is also a frequent international presenter at Aquafitness conferences across Italy, Spain, Portugal, Brazil, Russia, Armenia, Greece, and Belarus.</p>

<p>Alla Fomenko (Latvia) <br>
Alla earned her Master’s degree from the Latvian Academy of Sport Education and brings over 20 years of experience in aquatic fitness. She leads both shallow- and deep-water aqua aerobics classes in Latvia and internationally. In 2023, she was honored with a prestigious coach award from the European Athletics Association in recognition of her dedicated work in developing young athletes.</p>

<p>Tatjana Gaidele (Latvia) <br>
Tatjana is an expert in high-intensity deep-water training, known for creating energetic and endurance-focused sessions aimed at sculpting, toning, and boosting cardiovascular fitness. Her classes are dynamic, motivating, and ideal for participants seeking a vigorous aquatic workout.</p>

<p>Ilze Livincova &amp; Tatjana  Gaidele founded the Ilze &amp; Tatjana Aqua Team in 2019, combining forces to deliver masterclasses and aquatic wellness events. <br>
Ilze has been organizing aqua fitness events since 2014 and has been leading international masterclasses since at least 2011, including in Germany, Russia, Norway, and Latvia . <br>
Together, they have built a fruitful partnership focused on elevating the aquatic fitness scene across Latvia—and beyond. Their convention attracts instructors not only from Latvia but also guests from Lithuania and Estonia, making it one of the best regional aqua fitness conventions in the Baltics. <br>

In the past, aerobics in water was slower and more peaceful use of rehabilitation exercises. Today, aqua aerobics is called aqua fitness, which is more active and focuses on improving the body shape. </p>

<p><strong>Småbarnssvømming</strong> er svømmekurs for småbarn (1 – 4 år). Vi har  fokus på at barna skal føle seg trygg i vann og oppleve mestring, samtidig som de har det gøyt. Foreldre deltar aktivt i vannet med barna.
Kursene går over 30 min per gang på mandager på Hundsund Bad og Bærum Idrettspark (Rud svømmehall). Kursene er inndelt etter alder. <br>

<p>Vi øver på å flyte på mage og rygg, ha munn – nese – ører – ansikt og hodet under vann, beinspark og pusteteknikk. <br>
Øvelsene læres gjennom lek og moro sammen med en forelder. Dette er en unik mulighet til å lære barnet å kjenne, (i nye omgivelser) og vår erfaring er at svømmekurs er noe barnet gleder seg stort til hver uke.</p>

<p>4.diena, 22.novembris plkst.12.00-14.00/ izmantojam dāžādus ūdens līmeņus, intensitāti ūdenī, specifika ūdens fitnesā, stili, tempi un vadīšanas stili, kā apvienot ar mūziku. Kā sastādīt programmu un to vadīt, tehniskais izpildījums.</p>

<p><em>*Vårt pedagogiske kursopplegg følger både norske og internasjonale retningslinjer for opplæring av førstehjelpspersonell og livreddere.</em></p>

<p><strong>HVILKET KURS SKAL DU TA?</strong></p>

<p><strong>Fullt kurs:</strong> Du må ta fullt kurs hvis du skal ta livredningskurset for første gang, eller hvis kompetansebeviset har gått ut på dato.
<strong>Oppfriskningskurs:</strong> Du kan ta oppfriskningskurs hvis du har et kompetansebevis som ikke er eldre enn 1 år gammelt (12 mnd. fra forrige beståtte livredningsprøve) og du kun har hatt ett oppfrisknngskurs fra før.</p>
